Since I moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado in October 2012 it has and will be my home town for a long long time. First of all it is a great place to raise a family and second of all, it is the best place in the world for altitude training with man, many running trails to choose from and the perfect altitude elevation for runners(not too high, and not too low), and lastly it is where my Therapist Mac from Phenix Therapies(Lorne “Mac” MacDonald PT, DPT, OCS, SCS) practices, as you know for a competitive runner I have to have daily maintenance treatments for me to keep training hard injury free.
Ridouane enjoys spending time with his wife Aziza and his three boys Ali, Anwar and Rayan, along with spending time with friends and volunteering at local community outdoor events.
